How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what you need. After a free first conversation we send a close estimate for the agreed scope. If your needs change along the way, we re-estimate with you before doing the extra work.
Are there any other costs?
Some services are charged by their providers, not by us: payment gateway fees, SMS and WhatsApp message charges, domains and similar. We list these separately in every estimate.
How long does a custom system take?
Small tools take a few weeks; a full ERP usually takes a few months. You get working software to try every week or two along the way.
Can I try ZS MPOS or ZEN SKY ERP first?
Yes. Plans with a free trial let you start without paying, and we help you set up your products and staff.
How do I pay?
By card through PayHere, or by bank transfer with a slip upload. Invoices and receipts are always available in your billing account.
Do you work with businesses outside Sri Lanka?
Yes. We work with businesses across Sri Lanka, on site when needed, and with clients abroad remotely over calls, WhatsApp and email.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your data is backed up, and you can export it whenever you want.
